ABOUT MY WORK

I own Nordic Light Photograpy, LLC. I haven’t always been an artist and  I like to think about my career in three acts, like a theatre production. Act I was a decade and a half as a software engineer and management consultant, traveling to clients all over the world. Act II was three decades as a technology executive, helping to grow several software companies. Now, as what I consider my reward, I finally get to concentrate on my Act III - this time in the arts. So come along with me on this journey to explore and expand my creative voice and to make artworks that will resonate with you and 

add beauty to your world. 

 I have a passion for photography that evokes emotions and memories through beautiful fine art images of the natural world. While I shoot many subjects, like martial arts, astrophotography, special events, and portraits, my first love is nature and landscapes. I love spending time in the wilderness and on the water and I marvel at the natural beauty all around us. I particularly enjoy the Adirondack Park in New York near my home and the dramatically beautiful landscapes all throughout the Northeast. 

My work here focuses on capturing those subjects to create artwork that is great for decorating your home, office or other spaces.
